Signs installed by our certified crew are covered for 1 year against manufacturer defects and workmanship. Signs you install yourself are not covered.

Your timeline starts when you approve the proof.

Storefront signs take about 4 weeks to make. If your sign needs a city permit, add the time the permit takes, usually about 8 weeks depending on your city.

Small items are fast.

Banners, sandwich boards, roll up banners and coroplast signs take 3 business days. Next business day rush is available ($35 extra on sandwich boards, roll up banners and coroplast). Flags and fabric walls take 7 business days.

Can't come during business hours? Call or email us while we're open, and we'll leave your order in our pickup box at the back of the building.

Is tax included in the price?

How long does it take? I need it ASAP.

Do I need a permit for my sign?

Most signs mounted on the face of a building need one, lit or not. We prepare the drawings and apply for you. Permit drawings and application start at $399 for one sign. See our sign permit service.

Does my landlord need to approve the sign?

Usually, yes. We give you the sign drawing to show your landlord or property manager.

Can you print my own design?

Yes. Send us your artwork and we'll send you a proof to approve before we make it.

Can I pick up my order after hours?

Yes. Call or email us during business hours, and we'll leave your order in our pickup box at the back of the building.

Can you put lettering on my van or car window?

Yes. We cut vinyl lettering for vehicle windows and doors. Send us a photo of the vehicle and your text or logo.

What's the difference between front lit, halo lit and dual lit signs?

Front lit letters glow from the front. Halo lit letters shine out the back, making a soft glow on the wall. Dual lit letters do both. See all storefront sign types.

Is 3mm ACM thick enough?

3mm is our standard thickness. For large signs, or when you need a stiffer panel, we can go up to 4.5mm.

How much is a full vehicle wrap?

It depends on your vehicle and the design. As a rough guide, a full truck wrap in printed 3M vinyl (or equal) is about $4,500, and a full Sprinter van wrap is about $5,000, not including the roof. Every wrap is quoted on its design and size.
